The company value proposition is delivered through experiences with their products, people, processes, location, competition, and communication. Customer experience perception is how the customer perceives the value proposition by interpreting it as quality, social status, brand identification, relationship, and relative price. The expected result for the company is that the customer accepts the value proposition and make a positive choice (buy, re-buy, subscribe, renew). The expected result for the customer is to be sure they made the best choice considering their needs, expectations, and the options available on the market.
